Would you like to play Baseball for FREE in 2011?

If you have a child that is planning on playing baseball for the Chaska Baseball Association in 2011, this is for you! The Metro Program of the Chaska Baseball Association has been involved in Water Softener Salt Sales in the past, and we would like to open the fundraising opportunity to everybody, at every level, in the program.

This fundraising opportunity is unique because we are selling a product that everybody has to buy! We are selling Cargill’s 40 lbs bags of Diamond Crystal Salt. Our price is competitive and the proceeds go towards a great cause!

For every bag of salt sold, you will reduce your payment by 1 dollar. If you sell 100 bags of salt, you will receive a 100$ credit. To take advantage of this, you must sell a minimum of 30 bags.

There will not be a limit to the number of bags of salt a player is able to sell. However, the money credited to each player's account as a direct result of this fundraising effort can only be used in support of league fees (this includes season registration fees, uncovered tournament fees, tournament gate fees, and association sponsored skills clinics). If for any reason a player chooses to leave the Chaska Area Youth Baseball Association, any unused salt sale money credited to their account will be forfeited back to the general Fundraising Account.

Please have your players keep good records of who they sell to (see Salt Sale forms in the documents area of our Website) and collect checks at the time of order.
(We will organize to collect order forms and checks on November 30th. Stay tuned for details...)

We will have two dates of Distribution: December 10th and 11th.

Our Distribution Headquarters will again be @ QualiTech in Chaska (318 Lake Hazeltine Dr., Chaska, MN 55318)

All players will be expected to pick up their Salt @ QualiTech on one of the two distribution dates and then deliver the salt directly to their customers.

If a player sells at least 1 full pallet (63+ bags of any mixture), we will find a way to have the Salt dropped off in their driveway for subsequent delivery to their customers. However, neighborhood delivery must be requested in advance and scheduled. This will be done on a first come first served basis.
